Hosted by the Administrative Division, for the first time in two years, the resumption of the weekly face-to-face flag raising ceremony on Monday, 02 May 2022, became a meaningful assembly of about 70 NNC employees led by DED Rita D. Papey (Technical Service) and Atty. Faydah M. Dumarpa (Administrative and Finance Services). The singing of the Philippine National Anthem with fervor resounded in the NNC grounds which was further harmonized by the Panunumpa sa Watawat ng Pilipinas and the recital of the NNC Quality Policy.

Further, the recently launched new Panunumpa ng Lingkod Bayan of the CSC was recited to complete the expression of Nationalism and jumpstart the workweek for NNC employees to be motivated to become exemplary public servants.

The 2 Deputy Executive Directors delivered brief but inspiring messages. They both emphasized that with NNC’s implementation of full (100%) operational capacity, all employees should continue to observe the DOH’s Minimum Protocol Health Standard  (MPHS), particularly the wearing of face mask and practice of social distancing, amidst purposive efforts to catch up on work targets.

A simple shoutout of May Birthday celebrants with the meet and greet assembly of the newly-appointed permanent employees and newly-hired Job Order personnel from various divisions; Nutrition Policy and Planning Division (NPPD), Nutrition Surveillance Division (NSD), Nutrition Information and Education Division (NIED), Financial and Management Division (FMD), Administrative Division (AD) and Office of the Executive Director (OED) was also done by AO V Esther Marie F. Bernabe.

Finally, Chief of Administrative Division, Ms. Chona M. Fernandez shared the upcoming activities and actions to be taken by the employees in the days ahead.
