The PDP 2023-2028 is a plan for deep economic and social transformation to reinvigorate job creation and accelerate poverty reduction by steering the economy back on a high-growth path. This growth must be inclusive, building an environment that provides equal opportunities to all Filipinos, and equipping them with skills to participate fully in an innovative and globally competitive economy. Subchapter 3.1 Ensure Food Security and Proper Nutrition presents challenges in reducing vulnerabilities and protecting purchasing power, including the outcomes to be pursued to address these challenges during the Plan period. It consists of two subchapters with the following outcomes. In subchapter 3.1: (a) sufficient and stable supply of food commodities attained; (b) access of consumers to affordable, safe, and nutritious food expanded; and (c) nutrition across all ages improved.

This tool is for use by nutrition workers in the community to help them record, interpret, and summarize results of the OPT Plus -- an annual activity that is done in barangays across the country to measure the nutritional status of children 0-59 months old. The e-OPT Tool runs on MS Excel version 2007 or later.
This tool is for use by nutrition workers in the community to help them consolidate and summarize the results of OPT Plus among children 0-59 months old. The e-OPT Tool runs on MS Excel version 2007 or later. Full functionality of the tool requires a licensed version of MS Excel. This tool was designed for large barangays that have infant and young child populations (0-59 months old) greater than 1000 children. Using this tool, OPT Plus data from different puroks, areas, blocks, or sub-divisions within these large barangays can be aggregated into one file.
