Nancy Cudis-Ucag, MIND 7 - When you’re absorbed in the preparation for the next company meeting or for an upcoming annual event, it is easy to lose yourself while carrying out the long list of tasks to ensure its success.
The preparation can take weeks or months. Within this time, it is also easy to postpone your well-being with a promise to rest fully at home, exercise and eat well after the big day. But in the meantime, the work-related stress you’re inflicting on yourself can take a toll on your body and the promise you made for yourself can be replaced at anytime with a full bed rest in a hospital instead.
