Position Title:   Early Childhood Care and Development Intervention Package (F1K) Program National Coordinator
Status:   Contractual   Salary: Php 31,351 per month  
Station of Assignment: NNC Central Office, Nutrition Policy and Planning Division     
Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree relevant to the job      
  2. 8 hours of relevant training          
  3. Computer literate and able to use Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint at the least)
  Coordinate implementation of the F1K Program at the central office that includes but is not limited to the following:
  1. Coordinate meetings within NNC, of the F1K Program Technical Working Group, and others as may be needed.
    a.                Prepare notice of meetings      
    b.                Follow-up confirmation        
    c.                Oversee administrative preparations      
    d.                Prepare and finalize highlights of discussion      
    e.                Follow-up action lines        
  2. Organize consultative meetings and related fora for the program    
    a.                Draft concept note          
    b.                Oversee administrative and financial preparations    
    c.                Conduct sessions as assigned      
    d.                Lead in the preparation of documentation reports    
    e.                Follow up actions taken        
  3. Develop and enhance guidelines related to the program    
  4. Review work and financial plans and other related submissions of local government units/regional offices
  5. Monitor fund use in coordination with the Financial and Management Division  
  6. Propose reprogramming of funds as may be needed      
  7. Monitor submissions from LGUs and regional offices      
  8. Consolidate and prepare reports as required by NNC and other stakeholders (e.g. physical accomplishments, 
    financial disbursement/utilization, issues needing action)    
  9. Coordinate and participate in field monitoring       
  10. Act as resource person in F1K orientations, trainings and similar activities  
  11. Provide technical assistance to provincial coordinators on the different components of the F1K program including
    fund management          
  12. Prepare articles/updates on the F1K Program for posting in the NNC website and NNC Facebook page
  13. Others as may be assigned
